The Bambino had exactly one real problem and Orient solved it by taking the case in. 38.4mm is the size a dress watch was always supposed to be, and the price did not move to pay for it.
The F6724 is why this page exists. An Orient-made automatic that both hacks and hand-winds, two courtesies that vanished from this bracket a decade ago and have only lately crept back into it. You are getting a movement here that behaves like a more expensive one, under a curved dial, for change from $250.
The crystal is domed mineral rather than sapphire, and that is a genuine trade rather than a footnote. You buy a profile no flat sapphire at this money can match, and in exchange you accept that the front of your watch will collect scratches. Worth it, in my view, and it is the kind of decision I would rather a maker take deliberately than avoid.
One oddity to plan around: the supplied strap is 21mm, which is an inconvenient number to shop for. And several figures Orient does not publish are left blank in the sheet above rather than guessed. Where the Atlas cannot cite a number, it says so.
